Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mainframe Logging and Reporting Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mainframe Logging: Access and analyze logs from various applications and processes on mainframe systems
- Job Control Language (JCL) Expertise: Write, edit, and debug JCL for report job submission and management
- Business and Technical Analysis: Extract insights from log data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience with mainframe systems and green screen 3270 interfaces
- Expertise in Job Control Language (JCL) for report job submission and management
- Basic knowledge of ACF2 for log review and analysis
- Previous experience in auditing/logging-related roles is highly desirable
- Education or training in relevant IT fields
