Key Responsibilities

Monitor IT infrastructure and applications to ensure efficiency and reliability
Create and manage job schedules on various platforms, ensuring job completion and error corrections
Provide technical assistance and on-call support for assigned products and services

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Mainframe DB2 Support
Proficient in DB2, CICS, JCL, and z/OS
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred, or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Experience with system monitoring and diagnostic tools
Ability to work flexible overnight shifts
