Job Summary

Leading production control and database administration operations, the full-time Mainframe Production Control DBA will ensure the stability and performance of batch processing and job scheduling in a fully remote environment while managing teams that support critical Medicaid systems.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee claims configuration, provider setup, and adjudication logic to ensure efficient execution of business solutions
• Drive standardization and process improvements across the configuration lifecycle to enhance quality and operational efficiency
• Manage financial and operational performance, including budgeting and cost optimization, while ensuring SLA adherence

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in mainframe operations, production control, or database administration
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing technical or operational teams
• Strong knowledge of mainframe environments (z/OS) and batch processing tools (e.g., Control-M)
• Experience with enterprise database platforms, including performance tuning and security management
• Proven ability to manage operational processes in regulated, high-availability environments
