Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time remote Mainframe Developer will manage application support, enhancements, and troubleshooting for multiple programs, requiring expertise in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, IDz, and CICS, along with insurance or healthcare claims experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide application support, enhancements, and production support for mainframe systems
• Conduct research and analysis to deliver defect corrections and troubleshoot complex issues
• Develop scripts and utilities for production data fixes and optimize system performance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Mainframe Developer experience with skills in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, IDz, and CICS
• Experience in insurance or healthcare claims processing (Medicare or Medicaid)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required
• Recent mainframe development experience within the last two years
