Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Mainframe Developer will collaborate with clients to implement coding changes in Cobol and Ads programs, utilizing IDMS databases, while performing debugging and testing tasks.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to make coding changes to Cobol and Ads programs using IDMS databases
  • Debug, unit test, and integration test coding changes to ensure functionality
  • Support Quality Assurance staff during QA, User Acceptance, and External Testing by implementing necessary coding adjustments
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience with Mainframe technologies
  • 10+ years of experience with MVS COBOL
  • 10+ years of experience with IDMS
  • 10+ years of experience with CA-ADS
  • 5+ years of experience with JCL
