Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical thought leadership in Mainframe engineering and oversee the design and implementation of solutions
• Collaborate with engineering and offering leadership to ensure successful completion of project roadmaps and align strategies with business priorities
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation while promoting automation and DevOps practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role in software and Mainframe engineering
• Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies
• Experience in leading engineering teams and projects
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and best practices
