Mainframe IAM Onboarding Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IAM Onboarding App Analyst (Mainframe).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary authority for mainframe access and authorization models across assigned legacy systems
• Document application access structures, roles, permissions, and RACF constructs in an enterprise-consumable format
• Partner with IAM, Cybersecurity, Audit, and Compliance teams to ensure accurate representation of applications in Saviynt

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mainframe Developer or Application Lead in a large enterprise environment
• Strong hands-on knowledge of z/OS and RACF
• Deep understanding of authorization and access implementation within the application layer
• Experience working in complex, long-established environments with limited or outdated documentation
• Ability to independently reconstruct and define access models based on system behavior and institutional knowledge
