Job Summary

Designing and implementing infrastructure solutions for mainframe modernization, the full-time Mainframe Infrastructure Architect will ensure scalability and security while migrating to distributed/cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Architect infrastructure for migration from mainframe to distributed/cloud environments
• Define network, storage, and compute requirements for modernization
• Implement security and compliance controls

Required qualifications

• Expertise in mainframe infrastructure (z/OS, storage systems)
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and hybrid integration
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools
• Strong understanding of networking and security protocols
• 10+ years in mainframe infrastructure and 4+ years in modernization architecture
