Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mainframe Batch Operations Technician.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and troubleshoot IT schedules and jobs within Control M mainframe and enterprise environments
Support application operations for systems managed by DWD, DCF, and DHS
Schedule and manage batch jobs to ensure smooth system performance

Required Qualifications

Willingness to work 2nd shift (Monday-Wednesday 2-11pm CST) and every Sunday (5:30am-6:30pm)
At least 5 years of experience with Control M and JCL
Experience with mainframe systems and related tools such as Changeman, CNTL-M, or similar
