Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mainframe Performance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze mainframe performance metrics and generate reports to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Continuously monitor mainframe systems for optimal performance and reliability
• Develop and implement strategies for system performance enhancement and maintain documentation of performance issues and solutions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with mainframe systems
• 6+ years of experience in mainframe performance analysis and optimization
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in performance monitoring tools (e.g., RMF, OMEGAMON, SYSVIEW, MAINVIEW)
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
