Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mainframe/Hogan Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the roadmap for core banking modernization across Small Business products
• Conduct requirements analysis and manage data conversion strategy and execution
• Drive externalization of product and pricing rules from legacy systems to modern rule engines

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in Product Management or related roles within financial services
• Direct experience with mainframe-based core systems, ideally Hogan
• Proven delivery across core modernization, data migration, and process optimization
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across business, engineering, and risk functions
• Strong understanding of Small Business banking products and operational impacts
