Mainframe Software Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting a team of mainframe software engineers, the full-time remote Mainframe Software Engineer will analyze user requirements, design and build software applications, and provide mentorship while ensuring successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver software projects
- Assist in the professional growth and mentorship of team members through feedback and coaching
- Manage project tasks, timelines, resources, and risks to ensure efficient project execution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 2+ years in software engineering
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages and software development methodologies
- Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role
- Must be ITAR-compliant and able to provide proof of U.S. citizenship
