• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
• Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies
• Some prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity
• Must be ITAR-compliant and legally authorized to work in the United States
