Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mainframe Storage Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Mainframe Storage Systems, including Tape and DASD systems
• Administer DFSMS and DFSMShsm, ensuring effective disaster recovery and data management
• Provide training and technical guidance to junior team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in managing Mainframe Storage Systems
• Extensive experience with IBM DASD and Tape management systems
• Familiarity with Global Mirror, FDR Software, and IBM Utilities
• Experience in data recovery for Tape and DASD systems
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
