Mainframe Support Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mainframe Tier One Support to provide first-line support for critical mainframe-based applications in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor IT infrastructure and applications for efficiency and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to production systems
• Create and manage job schedules on Mainframe, Windows, and UNIX environments

Required Qualifications

• Experience with DB2, CICS, and Java Production Support
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support
• Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting complex systems
• Familiarity with IT audit compliance and security regulations
