• Advise clients on architecture, performance, and cost optimization of IBM z/OS environments
• Provide strategic roadmaps for mainframe optimization and guide organizations in modernizing their infrastructure
• Collaborate with business development to design tailored consulting service solutions and ensure project delivery meets client expectations

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise-level mainframe environments, particularly with z/OS systems
• Experience in mainframe optimization, performance improvement, and modernization strategies
• Background in supporting pre-sales engagements and technical discussions with clients
• Ability to work independently and lead global delivery teams remotely
• Strong experience in documentation and presentation skills
