Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mainframe Technical Support professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for online transaction processing software, including middleware management (CICS, MQSeries)
  • Diagnose and resolve mainframe software issues while monitoring software performance
  • Conduct staff training, create technical documentation, and ensure compliance with security policies
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with CICS, z/OS, SMP/E, and Unix System Services
  • Proficiency in installing and maintaining CICS and MQSeries on z/OS
  • Knowledge of IBM Job Control Language (JCL) and JES2
  • Familiarity with CICS security and performance tuning
  • Ability to lead projects and mentor team members
