Mainframe zOS DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
Leading Endevor and other SCMs migration projects, the remote Mainframe zOS DevOps Engineer will perform installations, configurations, and provide technical support for DBB/GIT/IDD while collaborating with IBM teams and client stakeholders over a 6-12 month duration.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support Endevor DBB/GIT/IDD migration projects
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for DBB/GIT/IDD on customer systems
- Conduct customer training sessions and develop presentation materials for migration processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years as a Systems Programmer or similar position
- Proven installation and migration experience on IBM z/OS
- Strong Application Development or System Programmer background
- Proficiency in Groovy Scripts, YAML, and GIT experience
