Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Management Maintenance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange repairs and maintenance across rental units by contacting vendors and scheduling work
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans while ensuring quality control standards are met
  • Purchase necessary equipment and materials, and troubleshoot maintenance tickets
Required Qualifications
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of maintenance coordination experience
  • Basic knowledge of G-Suite applications
  • Experience in Appfolio and Property Meld preferred
  • Must be able to work 8-5 PST hours remotely
