Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to ensure smooth operations across their property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage incoming maintenance issues and assess severity for Single Family Rental assets
  • Serve as a liaison between residents, the Resident Services Team, and vendors
  • Manage maintenance tickets through a tech-enabled platform and ensure timely resolution
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in property management or maintenance coordination
  • Familiarity with pricing of maintenance-related products and services
  • Knowledge of maintenance operations within property management focused on Single Family Rentals
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Physical capability to perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and working in varied environmental conditions
