Maintenance Digital Adoption Lead

Job Summary

To modernize maintenance practices, the full-time Maintenance Digital Adoption Lead will enable the effective use of digital tools and AI technology, coaching technicians remotely to enhance equipment uptime and troubleshooting efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support deployment and daily use of handheld and tablet devices for maintenance technicians
• Coach technicians on leveraging AI tools for efficient diagnostics and work order completion
• Monitor adoption of digital maintenance workflows and partner with leadership to address usage gaps

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade school training preferred
• 3-7 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience using CMMS systems and executing digital work orders
• Strong comfort with tablets and mobile devices, along with a curiosity for new technologies
• Proven peer leadership ability and strong communication skills for translating technical concepts
