Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Maintenance (1099 Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee property maintenance and repairs for a portfolio of single-family homes
• Manage relationships with third-party contractors and service providers
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to enhance property upkeep

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance or facilities management experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Proficient in property management or work order systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license required; certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or other trades are a plus
• Must be available for on-call duty, including nights and weekends
