Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager, this full-time remote position will oversee maintenance operations for a portfolio of single-family homes, ensuring properties are safe, well-maintained, and exceed tenant expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of property maintenance and repairs
• Source, vet, and manage relationships with third-party contractors and service providers
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to proactively address property upkeep

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance or facilities management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Proficient in property management or work order systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license required; certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or other trades are a plus
• Must be available for on-call duty on a rotational basis, including nights and weekends
