Maintenance Mechanic

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to support operation, inspection, and maintenance processes in assigned facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts
• Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment
• Perform general interior maintenance, including HVAC/R coil cleaning and minor plumbing repairs

Required Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently or in a team environment
• Completion of an applicable technical training program and a minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred
• Position requires frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and driving
