Job Summary
Supporting a major telecommunications client in the retail sector, the full-time remote Maintenance Planner will coordinate maintenance planning and operational workflows, organize work orders, and ensure efficient execution of maintenance activities across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize work orders, assigning tasks to technicians and work teams for timely completion
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and service providers to support maintenance activities
- Monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs and assist in continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of relevant experience in coordinating maintenance activities
- Experience in telecommunications, retail, or facilities environments is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting a geographically distributed team
- Intermediate math skills, including working with percentages and basic financial calculations
