Maintenance Planning Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the planning and scheduling team, providing daily guidance and performance accountability
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with operations leadership to minimize downtime and prevent service disruptions
• Manage work order execution in CMMS, ensuring accuracy and timely closure of work orders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
• At least 2 years of experience in automated maintenance scheduling for conveyor systems and related equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS tools
• Strong knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and preventive/predictive maintenance practices
