Job Summary

Maintenance Project Coordinator, responsible for coordinating turnover maintenance processes on a full-time basis, managing service requests, vendor communications, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage turnover service requests from start to finish, including scope creation and vendor communication
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing service requests and maintaining compliance with company policies
  • Maintain electronic records related to repairs and coordinate inter-departmental approvals for service requests
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Previous experience in property management, vendor management, or utility management preferred
  • Technical proficiency in Google Applications, Microsoft Office Applications, and Slack preferred
  • Ability to meet timelines and adjust expectations as necessary
