Job Summary
As a temporary Maintenance Project Coordinator, the candidate will manage the turnover maintenance process remotely, coordinating routine repairs with vendors and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders until September 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned turnover service requests from initiation to resolution, including scope creation and owner approval
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing vendor service calls and turnover requests within SLA guidelines
- Maintain accurate electronic records related to repairs and maintenance, ensuring effective inter-departmental coordination
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Previous experience in property management, vendor management, or utility management preferred
- Technical proficiency in Google Applications, Microsoft Office, and Slack preferred
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
