Job Summary

As a temporary Maintenance Project Coordinator, this remote position will manage the turnover maintenance process, coordinating routine repairs with vendors while ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project timelines through September 2026.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage occupied service requests from end-to-end, including creating scopes of work and securing owner approvals
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing turnover service requests and vendor communications within SLA guidelines
  • Maintain accurate electronic records related to repairs and maintenance, including internal and vendor communications
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Previous experience in property management, vendor management, or utility management preferred
  • Technical proficiency in Google Applications, Microsoft Office Applications, and Slack preferred
  • Ability to meet timelines and adjust expectations proactively
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to excellence and achieving goals
