Job Summary
Driving revenue growth and enhancing customer retention, the full-time Maintenance Renewal Representative will manage the renewal process from prospecting to close, utilize CRM tools for effective sales tracking, and collaborate with internal teams to exceed sales goals while working remotely from the Northeast US.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the contract renewal cycle, including engaging with customers and securing timely renewals
- Drive ARR growth by increasing subscription sales and implementing strategies for high customer retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, delivering value-driven solutions that align with customer needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3 - 5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a subscription-based or SaaS environment
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and improving customer retention
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales enablement platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and familiarity with BI tools for insights and decision-making
