Maintenance Scope Specialist

Job Summary

To support its Property Services division, the full-time Maintenance Scope Specialist will leverage construction and maintenance expertise to review and validate project scopes and pricing, ensuring high-quality and accurately priced work across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate scopes of work and pricing for service requests, ensuring alignment with company standards
• Collaborate with vendors and field teams to clarify project scopes and recommend cost-effective solutions
• Serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert for repairs and maintenance scopes, providing guidance and training to internal teams and vendors

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in residential construction, maintenance, or renovation management
• Strong knowledge of common trades such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work
• Ability to read, interpret, and validate scopes of work, bids, and estimates
• Exceptional proficiency with data tools and spreadsheets, including Excel and Google Sheets
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
