Maintenance System Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maintenance System Agent / Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer calls and perform data entry while following established procedures
• Communicate with team members for follow-up and ensure accurate data processing
• Interact daily with supervisors, peers, and customers regarding TSA-related information

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school education or equivalent with 4 years of related experience
• Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems, such as Maximo or comparable ticketing systems
• Experience with parts ordering processes and call handling
• Must be a U.S. citizen and successfully pass a federal background investigation
• Candidates with a current TSA Suitability Determination are preferred
