Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maintenance System Agent / Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer a limited number of calls and perform data entry
• Communicate with team members for follow-up and ensure accurate data entry
• Follow established procedures with limited supervision

Required Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent with 4 years of related experience
• Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems such as Maximo or comparable ticketing systems
• Experience with parts ordering processes and call handling
• Must be a US citizen and able to pass a federal background investigation
• Strong and reliable internet connection for remote work
