Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maintenance/Groundskeeper.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor and major repairs of buildings and equipment under supervision
• Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures and order necessary supplies
• Conduct general maintenance of grounds and facilities, including cleaning and restocking

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to calculate in all units of measures
• Ability to manage one's own time effectively
