Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maintenance/Groundskeeper.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor and major repairs of buildings and equipment, with major repairs supervised by licensed workers
• Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures and order necessary supplies and parts
• Conduct general maintenance of grounds and facilities, including cleaning and restocking restrooms and break areas

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to calculate in all units of measure
• Ability to manage one's own time effectively
• Must be able to understand directions and communicate effectively
