Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure the operational maintenance of plant production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair plant production systems, coordinating with other technicians and vendors as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and maintain records and inventories
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manuals to assist in repairs and maintenance tasks

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a relevant field or a technical degree
• High level of machine troubleshooting ability in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents
• Experience with food manufacturing and knowledge of Six Sigma techniques is a plus
