Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Working the night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule, the full-time hourly Maintenance Technician will collaborate with the maintenance team to perform building repairs, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure compliance with safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Complete building repairs and equipment installations while fulfilling assigned work orders
• Maintain inventory and conduct preventative maintenance following good manufacturing practices
• Perform minor plumbing, welding, and general upkeep of facilities and machinery

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of general maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food/beverage environment
• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Basic technical knowledge of stainless steel welding/fabrication, piping systems, and HVAC systems
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 60 lbs
• Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) is a plus
