Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide sales support by participating in sales collaboration calls, building customer relationships, and analyzing customer-specific reports
• Coordinate vendor pricing agreements and manage customer contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy in pricing evaluations
• Identify at-risk customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer retention and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, sales support, or a related field
• Proven track record in customer support and relationship management
• Strong analytical skills with experience in preparing presentations and reports
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent education and experience
