Job Summary
Focusing on business development, the full-time Major Account Development Manager will sell a comprehensive suite of strategic products and services to mid-market and enterprise customers, aiming to increase customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and drive new logo acquisition while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customers' businesses to identify and implement tailored solutions
- Document and manage multi-faceted account plans and growth strategies to achieve sales growth objectives
- Manage a sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasts and attainment of quotas
Required qualifications
- College degree or equivalent with 8+ years of field sales experience related to the role
- Proven track record in enterprise-level sales and strategic account management
- Experience in consultative sales, particularly with medium and large businesses
- Strong skills in building account plans and conducting customer business reviews
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with cloud-based communications and data solutions
