Job Summary

Seeking a remote Major Accounts Sales Director, this full-time position will manage the full sales cycle to acquire and expand relationships with multi-rooftop and enterprise dealership groups, focusing on strategic partnerships and driving pipeline development.

Key responsibilities
  • Own an account territory, driving net-new partnerships through strategic outbound prospecting and relationship building
  • Lead discovery conversations and presentations that align Polly's offerings with dealership revenue and customer experience goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce
Required qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of B2B sales experience, particularly in the automotive retail industry
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals and achieving top sales awards
  • Experience working directly with franchise and independent dealerships
  • Strong consultative sales methodology knowledge, such as MEDDIC or Challenger
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and a data-driven approach to sales management
