Key responsibilities
  • Own and grow a portfolio of property management clients, driving engagement and adoption
  • Lead onboarding, success check-ins, and account health reviews aligned to customer goals
  • Analyze account trends to proactively mitigate risk and develop success plans
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience in SaaS, hardware, or technology environments
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships
  • Strong skills in driving product adoption and measuring ROI
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, evolving environment
