Job Summary
Seeking a Major Customer Success Manager, the full-time position will manage a portfolio of 30-75 property management clients, focusing on onboarding, account health reviews, and driving product adoption in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of property management clients, driving engagement and adoption
- Lead onboarding, success check-ins, and account health reviews aligned to customer goals
- Analyze account trends to proactively mitigate risk and develop success plans
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience in SaaS, hardware, or technology environments
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships
- Strong skills in driving product adoption and measuring ROI
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, evolving environment
