Major Gift Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Major Gift Officer to drive revenue growth through donor engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 75-100 major gift prospects capable of making gifts of $100K+
• Serve as a liaison with Wildlife Fund Directors to cultivate and steward donors
• Identify and qualify new potential major gift donors and engage with philanthropic advisors

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct major gift experience with a proven ability to solicit $100K+ donations
• Demonstrated success in securing meetings and closing gifts with prospective donors
• Ability to build genuine relationships with philanthropists
• Strong work ethic aligned with values of trust, transparency, and accountability
• Knowledge and passion for wildlife conservation
