Major Gifts Associate Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Major Gifts to secure philanthropic support through donor engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for and cultivate relationships with approximately 75 major gift donors, securing gifts of $100,000 or more
• Develop and execute customized cultivation and solicitation strategies for individual constituents and stakeholders
• Collaborate with Planned Giving colleagues to identify opportunities for planned gifts and manage a portfolio of donor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Five years of direct fundraising experience
• Experience managing a portfolio of donors with a focus on high-value solicitations
• Ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in developing and executing fundraising strategies
