Key Responsibilities

• Leads coordination of complex major incident communication and provides guidance during critical events
• Reviews incident records for quality and identifies opportunities for improvement
• Exercises incident command authority during major incidents, managing escalation paths and risk tradeoffs

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in IT operations or incident management
• Proven experience in leading high-severity incidents and improving incident management processes
• Strong analytical skills to identify systemic issues and operational risks
• Ability to work variable shifts and respond to 24x7 critical alerts
• Advanced facilitation skills, including executive-level communications
