Job Summary

A company is looking for a Major Incident Coordinator to manage major incident responses and ensure operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate major incident bridge calls and maintain incident records, timelines, and activity logs
  • Monitor system alerts, validate alert accuracy, and ensure adherence to communication standards
  • Complete Root Cause Analysis documents and maintain the accuracy of playbooks and templates
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or two years of relevant experience in IT operations, service desk, NOC, or incident management
  • Working knowledge of IT service management concepts and structured incident response
  • Familiarity with desktop and mobile devices, basic network connectivity, and enterprise IT environments
  • Ability to work variable shifts and respond to 24x7 critical alerts via mobile devices
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
