Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and delivery of Executive Level communications related to Technology Services and process performance
  • Manage communication, marketing, and training for Technology Services
  • Drive industry benchmarking and oversee the design and implementation of policies and compliance for Technology Services
Required Qualifications
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience preferred
  • Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Knowledge of process management and improvements
  • Ability to manage multiple IT/Internal groups effectively
  • Strong understanding of Technology Services and business management needs
