- Oversee the development and delivery of Executive Level communications related to Technology Services and process performance
- Manage communication, marketing, and training for Technology Services
- Drive industry benchmarking and oversee the design and implementation of policies and compliance for Technology Services
Required Qualifications
- 7 or more years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Knowledge of process management and improvements
- Ability to manage multiple IT/Internal groups effectively
- Strong understanding of Technology Services and business management needs
