Job Summary

To enhance incident response capabilities, the full-time Major Incident Manager will lead the management of major incidents, coordinating resolution efforts and communication with stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the identification, management, and resolution of major incidents to minimize impact on business operations
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication and updates during incident resolution
  • Develop and implement incident management processes and best practices to improve overall response efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in incident management or IT service management
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and incident management processes
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-pressure situations
  • Relevant certifications in incident management or IT service management
  • Ability to analyze incident data and generate reports for continuous improvement
