Job Summary
A company is looking for a Major Incident Response Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Consults and analyzes complex assignments and projects within assigned areas of responsibility
- Facilitates problem resolution meetings and develops metrics for reporting on key performance indicators
- Manages high severity outage incidents and collaborates with stakeholders to tailor problem and root cause analysis processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, or 4 years of relevant experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in IT critical/major incident management and problem management
- Understanding of IT in large organizations and ability to perform under stress
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong project management leadership skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects under pressure
