MAKE Analyst (SAP S4)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a MAKE Analyst (SAP S4).

Key Responsibilities

• Support site operations teams by diagnosing process vs. system issues and collaborating with IT
• Lead requirements gathering for system change requests and assist with testing activities
• Manage Make Super Users and partner with analysts to define metrics for operational reports

Required Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA system configuration and optimization
• Strong background in business process analysis and change management
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
• Ability to travel occasionally to the New Jersey office
• Experience in leading training sessions for super-users
