Job Summary
To support upcoming Medical and Lifesciences projects, the remote Maltese Linguist will handle translation, proofreading, validation of corrections, and finalizing post-QA workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Translate and proofread documents from English to Maltese, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medical terminology
- Validate corrections and finalize projects post-QA, maintaining high-quality standards
- Collaborate with teams to ensure timely delivery of translation projects in the Medical and Pharma sectors
Required qualifications
- Native or near-native proficiency in Maltese
- Strong command of English (US/UK) as the source language
- Experience with translation, proofreading, and validation in medical contexts
- Familiarity with memoQ translation software
- Previous experience with Medical/Lifesciences, Regulatory, and/or Pharma content
